Sample offline processing progress indicator improvement

The offline processing chain no longer attempts to show and hide the progress bars (potentially causing layout issues in the GUI), instead the progress of the processing is shown on the wave display as a cyan colored area and a text indicating which processor is being processed. Also when the DSP modules (VST plugins and other DSP usable in the mixer slots) are used, the processing now indicates progress (with the new visuals) and allows itself to be cancelled. (So that you can try a new setting before the previous settings have been applied to the audio.) If you mostly use just short audio files (which is more or less recommended in HourGlass), you might never even see any of these offline processing indicators, as the processing will be so fast (it’s slow in the video because the source file is a 2 minute file), but whatever. This was just a nice improvement to do anyway… 🙂

Looks great! Nicely obvious that something is happening.
